You do not need to re-download the program unless you are putting it on a new computer.
The system only checks that the copy you are trying to renew has been activated, no need to match the name or email the program was activated under.
- Purchase the renewal
- After your purchase you will receive a 16 character code via email.
- Copy the code (upper case, with the dashes.
- Go into the dome program and click on the MENU option help (or the Menu option Registration).
